Membership to GivingPi is invite-only and extended to families through the referral of existing members and contingent on the approval of the GivingPi membership committee. Our members can be involved with causes across any sector, be at any stage of their giving journey, and in any geography, but need to be contributing a minimum of INR 50 lakhs (~$65k) annually as part of their personal philanthropy towards the development sector in India. These funds can be disbursed directly to NGOs, via philanthropic intermediaries or one’s own family foundation(s) and does not need to be via Dasra or GivingPi.

Our network, which is invite-only, reflects our commitment to curating a like-minded community, dedicated to impactful giving in India. GivingPi to shape and build a philanthropy movement in India, like never before.

GivingPi Networks

Members of the GivingPi network have the opportunity to accelerate and deepen their giving journeys while being part of a like-minded community of philanthropic families, that provide opportunities to learn, share and collaborate. The network is committed to empowering its members to be their most informed selves through trusted connections, networking opportunities and insider knowledge from leading philanthropists and sector experts from India and globally. All members have dedicated and experienced Relationship Managers who support families within the network to proficiently navigate the vast landscape of philanthropy in India while driving the impact they desire to its fullest potential.

Members of the Titan's Circle at GivingPi are role models and have an impressive journey in philanthropic giving. They leverage their own lived experiences and knowledge in philanthropy to influence and engage with the broader GivingPi community to give better, sooner and more effectively. Our Titan’s Circle members directly contribute upwards of INR 10 crore (~USD 1.2 million) annually to diverse causes, sectors and geographies in India, through their personal philanthropy. They also support and advise in anchoring collaborative action endeavors towards moving the needle on social impact issues in the country.

Members of the Ambassadors Circle at GivingPi play a key role in championing and expanding the network while also fostering relevant strategic partnerships with the aim of moving the needle on family philanthropy in India. This pathway caters to those who are resourceful, motivated and keen on evangelizing GivingPi's aspirations. They may or may not be givers. Our Ambassadors leverage their social capital to bring a curated set of newer families into the network, host events for the GivingPi community and actively evangelize the network across platforms and conversations in India and globally.
GivingPi Circles

The Founders Circle comprises of philanthropists who believe in and are keen to champion the family philanthropy movement in India through GivingPi. They are inspired to share their experience and knowledge of philanthropy by leveraging their own lived realities and connections. Members of the Founders Circle will provide strategic guidance to the movement and contribute towards the operating costs of GivingPi, while partnering with a founder’s ethos to evangelize and build the network. This pathway caters to those philanthropists who have been drivers of their own giving but are now keen to unlock the philanthropic potential of others thereby bringing us a step closer to a billion thriving.
